Enjoy a refreshing snack dipping fresh fruit into this versatile dip. Use strawberries, peaches or blueberries to blend a smooth humus dip. No refined sugar, packed with protein and flavor.
Ingredients
½ cup cashews – soaked to soften
2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries or peaches work well)
1 ½ cup drained chickpeas
¼ cup sweetener – honey or maple syrup
½ lemon juice - squeezed
1 t vanilla
Instructions
Blend until smooth, pour over fruit salad or use apple slices to dip.
