Fruit Hummus

Recipe

Enjoy a refreshing snack dipping fresh fruit into this versatile dip. Use strawberries, peaches or blueberries to blend a smooth humus dip. No refined sugar, packed with protein and flavor.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup cashews – soaked to soften

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (strawberries or peaches work well)

  • 1 ½ cup drained chickpeas

  • ¼ cup sweetener – honey or maple syrup

  • ½ lemon juice - squeezed

  • 1 t vanilla

Instructions

  • Blend until smooth, pour over fruit salad or use apple slices to dip.
