If you are local, a location for an in person session can be arranged. If you are outside of the area, all sessions are conducted using Google Meets.

Are my sessions booked on a set schedule?

No! With every person's journey being unique, these sessions are booked as we go along. Once we have our first session, we will discuss what the ideal timeline for the next session. This approach provides space and time to make the changes and navigate schedules.

Who will have access to my sessions?

Your sessions are private and will not be shared with anyone. This is a safe space. Honesty and openness is step one to creating a plan that works for you!

I've always wondered if my health issues are related to certain medical conditions. Are you able to diagnose or treat medical conditions?
