
Chocolate Hummus
Recipe
A chocolate snack packed with protein and flavor that pairs well with apple slices
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas with liquid
1/4 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
2 T coconut oil
1 t vanilla
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. (for smoother hummus, use a high-speed blender).
Process until smooth.
Refrigerate to thicken.
Serve with apple slices for a great snack.
