Recipe

This is a great topping full of fiber and nutrients. Sprinkle a tablespoon on your salad, oatmeal or yogurt. Add to pancake mix or topping on muffins.


Ingredients

Use any combination of the following as a base.

  • Wheat Germ – energy, fiber, protein, vitamins E & B and minerals, complex carb, prevents cancer, anti-aging, muscle health

  • Pumpkin Seeds - magnesium, fiber, immune support, restful sleep, heart and liver support, anti-inflammatory, Omega 3

  • Sunflower Seeds – healthy fat, fiber, selenium, vitamins E and B, protein

  • Chia Seeds – energy, fiber, minerals, calcium, magnesium, Omega 3, digestive support, strong bones and muscles, boosts metabolism, protein, healthy skin, diabetes support

  • Flax Seeds – fiber, cancer prevention, intestinal support, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, reduces hot flashes, magnesium, fiber, Omega 3

  • Sesame Seeds – mineral rich-copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, fiber, lowers cholesterol, helps prevent migraines, osteoporosis, and colon cancer, supports vascular and respiratory health, relief for rheumatoid arthritis

  • Dulse – mineral rich, builds bone health, optimize the digestive system, lower blood pressure, improve vision, and protect the immune system, helps to improve the thyroid gland and strengthen the nervous system

Add any of the following for your individual tastes or uses.

  • Cinnamon
