1. Make a tonic with 2 T vinegar and 8 oz of water, add honey to sweeten - drink daily
2. Benefits - balances cholesterol, weight loss, digestion, boosts immunity, eliminates constipation, fights allergies and more
3. Contains minerals, potassium, calcium, magnesium and other trace elements
Almond Castile Soap - many uses around the home
1. Shampoo - pour out ¼ of soap, replace with water
2. Dish detergent (handwashing) - use in concentrate form
3. Hand soap - mix 50/50 with water, put into foaming soap dispenser
B is for...
Bay leaves - an aromatic, multi-purpose herb
1. Steep in tea as a respiratory aid and reduce anxiety and stress
2. Flavoring and fragrance for soups and stews
3. Place in a cloth pouch and place in pantry to discourage moths
